Missed blogging yesterday, man I will tell you that we did the Relay of Life that lasted from 6pm Friday until 12pm on Saturday. It was an awesome time they had bands playing all night. People walking all night long. At one point I was so tired I laid down on the tarmac and fell asleep and I slept like a baby, I was so tired after being up for like 15 hours + it felt like I was sleeping on a nice mattress….lol 🙂

Today Henry preached on I hate my marriage and it was great I tell you that I was really convicted of something he said, a statement that he made was ” absence of the truth is still a lie”  the reason that really convicted is because there have been instances that I have not told my wife something, by just not bringing it up because I was afraid of the confrontation. For instance I bought 2 shirts instead  of 1 and after I paid for them and left the store I realized that I did not make a good decision on the purchase and instead of talking to Diana about it I waited for her to approach me about it. That was wrong and not the good husband that I am supposed to be. So today after church we talked about the shirt and I committed to her that I would not do this anymore and always be forthright with her because she is my love and I owe her that and I need to mirror the instructions of Jesus Christ to treat Diana as he treats the church(paraphrased of course)

I am tired and worn out. Please be praying for me I did not get a good report and I need surgery on my knee. I probaly will get operated on May 5th 2008.

Church is great and I am Blessed to be doing what God is calling me to do!!!
