I am still in Atlanta training I am almost done, can’t wait to see my family I miss the alot. As I said before that I am on the training team doing a new store opening. I love to train. But one of the greatest needs of a trainee is that they need to listen because the trainers “know” what they are doing, if the trainees are going to be successful listening is the key.

Well I tell you that I have always had this knowledge and really thought about it. For us to be successful are we not supposed to listen to God’s word and follow his training. We have his word, spirit and guidance but yet we still get it wrong, not we are not perfect but if we listen could we get a little closer not only to God but tightening up our walk to reach other people. Holding us above reproach and not letting things get in our way of reaching the lost for Jesus Christ. So I challenge us to pick up our training guide( the bible) and start trying to get our training right by following and listening to Gods instructions.
