I am sitting here watching TV and I started thumbing thru my bible and came across Luke 8: 16

¹⁶“Now no one after lighting a lamp covers it over with a container, or puts it under a bed; but he puts it on a lamp stand, so that those who come in may see the light.

   What do we do with our light/ Yesterday I blogged about waiting to spread the Gospel or share Jesus Christ With people and how there is no perfect time to share your faith.

So again this talks to us about sharing our faith but in a different way and that way is how walk with our light. I mean that we need to walk the walk and talk the talk every day all day. I mean the way we act on Sunday when we are in church and worshipping God we need to make sure that is how we are acting the rest of the week. We need to let our light shine because when we let our light shine it drives away the darkness from others and may give us a chance to share the gospel with other people.

But do not stray and cover up your light and give the enemy the chance to cover darkness around giving people a chance to think of us as a hypocrite. Saying one thing and acting another. We must do all we can to make sure that we stay in the light heading towards the prize, towards Christ and eternal life with him forevermaking sure we spread the word and grabbing as many as we can with us.
